Exhibitor space will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
Booking Your Exhibitor Space
Please fill out the form below to secure your space at EURUS 2017. Early bookings are strongly encouraged due to limited space. All advertisement-related artwork must be submitted by September 12, 2017 (if a package with a programme book ad has been selected). Exhibitors are granted a delegate pass with access to all forum sessions, including the closing reception.

The accepted payment methods to secure exhibitor space are VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) can be arranged. Should you opt for the latter (wire transfer, direct deposit etc), please specify accordingly on your registration form and one of our staff will connect to assist. Payment by installment
The installment option applies to credit card payments only. First installment (equivalent to 50% of total amount due) will be charged within five business days of submitting the Exhibitor Form, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 calendar days thereafter. Payment by two installments will be possible only until June 30th, 2017.
Cancellations must be made by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The following refund schedule (exhibitor portion only) will apply:
- Refund at 100% of paid amount if cancelled on or before June 30th, 2017
- Refund at 50% of paid amount if cancelled on or before July 31st, 2017
- Non-refundable and non-creditable if cancelled on August 1st, 2017 or thereafter
Refunds will be processed on original credit card used to pay for registration. All exhibitors will be fully refunded in the unlikely event of forum cancellation.
