Martin Thom

Martin is a Senior Director with CBRE and leads the hotel valuation team with a regional focus on DACH and CEE markets. He joined CBRE in 2006 and has worked for the company in the UK, CEE and Germany. He specializes in coordinating a number of cross border instructions for owners and lenders across this region. Martin has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2002. He is a keen runner and hopes to have completed his first ever marathon by the time he speaks at EURUS 2017.
