Natalia Podsosonnaya brings more than 18 years extensive experience in VC investing, fund management, deal structuring, corporate finance, M&A. She has been the CEO of “Savings and Investments” (SBERINVEST) Asset management since 2004. “Savings and Investments” Asset management is one of the leading VC Manager in Russia acting since 2004. Currently the company has 7 VC funds and 1 real-estate fund under management in Russia. VC portfolio includes 36 companies on seed and start-up stages from different Russian regions and in various sectors, mainly industrial technologies – EnergyTech and CleanTech, New materials, minor in Agro-bioTech and IT. Natalia is a Board member of several tech companies. She represents the Company in Russian Venture Capital Association. Support various initiations on modifications in Russian VC/PE regulation (Law on investment partnerships, etc.). Prior her current position in Savings and Investments Natalia was a managing partner in consulting company “Corporation for technology and investment K” experienced in corporate finance with focus on M&A and capital markets. Natalia worked for a number of financial companies and investment banks, including MFK, AIG, and Lenstroy brokerage.
