Yves Lacroix is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach, where he specialises in investment funds formation work, advising domestic and foreign clients in matters relating to the structuring and operation of Luxembourg investment funds, including contracts, company law, securities services matters and investment funds operating arrangements, with a specific focus on private equity, opportunistic real estate and alternative asset classes.
He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
Yves Lacroix also worked several years as a senior legal officer for a major bank in Luxembourg, where he was in charge of the legal affairs concerning the structuring, operation and administration of investment funds as well as compliance matters regarding the fund business of the bank.
He is a member of the legal committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry Association (ALFI).
Yves Lacroix holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
